On September 8, 2009, Liberty Media Corporation (Liberty) issued a press release announcing that Gregory Maffei, President and CEO of Liberty, will be presenting at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia XVIII Conference, on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 12:45 p.m., Eastern Time, at the Goldman Sachs Conference Center in New York, New York. During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding Liberty’s financial performance, outlook, the previously announced proposed split-off of a majority of the assets and liabilities currently attributed to the Liberty Entertainment group tracking stock and the related business combination with The DIRECTV Group, Inc.
