(1) Each restricted stock unit converted into one share of Series A Liberty Ventures Common Stock.
(2) Includes 193,950 shares previously held indirectly by Lake Tana LLC that were transferred to the reporting person on August 10, 2017.
(3) Each restricted stock unit converted into one share of Series A QVC Group Common Stock.
(4) The number of shares held indirectly by Lake Tana LLC was decreased by 193,950 shares as a result of a transfer to the reporting person on August 10, 2017. Such shares are now held directly by the reporting person.
(5) The reporting person is the manager of Lake Tana LLC and has sole voting and investment power with respect to the shares held by Lake Tana LLC.
(6) Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Series A Liberty Ventures Common Stock.
(7) Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Series A QVC Group Common Stock.
