On July 25, 2012, Liberty Interactive Corporation (“Liberty”) announced it intends to hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., Mountain Time, at 8900 Liberty Circle, Englewood, Colorado, 80112. At the meeting, Liberty may make observations regarding its financial performance and the proposed creation of the Liberty Ventures tracking stock.
