Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 3, 2014, Liberty Interactive Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Greg Maffei, President and CEO of the Company, will be presenting at the Deutsche Bank Media, Internet & Telecom Conference, on Monday, March 10th at 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, FL. During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook.
Additionally, on March 6, 2014, the Company announced that Mike George, President and CEO of QVC, Inc. ("QVC"), will be presenting at the UBS Global Consumer Conference, on Thursday, March 13th at 11:20 a.m., Eastern Time at The Four Seasons Boston Hotel in Boston, MA. Mr. George will also be meeting with investors throughout the day. During his presentation, Mr. George may make observations regarding the QVC's financial performance and outlook.
