Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 21, 2019, Qurate Retail, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will webcast its annual Investor Meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2019 with presentations beginning at 12:45pm E.S.T. During these presentations, observations may be made regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters. The annual Investor Meeting will be held in New York, NY and is open to shareholders, research analysts and press. Registration information is available on the Company’s website.
In addition, on October 21, 2019, the Company issued a correction to its press release dated October 11, 2019, to note that the company will issue a press release reporting third quarter of 2019 results prior to market open on Monday, November 11, instead of Sunday, November 10.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose.
