| Television Distribution Rights, Net | Television Distribution Rights, Net Television distribution rights consisted of the following:
The Company recorded amortization expense of $23 million and $35 million for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, related to television distribution rights. For the six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, amortization expense for television distribution rights was $48 million and $69 million, respectively.
